· Responsible for the execution of 250+ C4 missions with
600+ satellite terminals and tactical communications kits spanning 7
satellites, 4 teleports and 5 continents.
· Configured, monitored, and provided 24/7 tier two troubleshooting
support for multiple secure high availability WANs with 80+ remote sites.
· Managed 3 Satellite and Network Engineers with $600K of
tactical communications equipment on short notice deployments. Installed and
maintained everything over IP suites supporting up to 400 customers with
secure Data, Voice, and Video.
· Authored Voice configuration and troubleshooting best
practices training program for 300+ technicians. Corrected training
deficiency for remote technicians and reduced Network Operations Center calls
related to issue.
· Provided tactical communications with 2-4 technician teams
for total of 255 days overseas. Maintained 99% availability and
excellent face-to-face support to high profile customers.
